Our dear, sweet Helen!!  "The apartment also reflects the central role that yoga plays in Ms. Pearlstein’s life. She has scoliosis, and yoga, which she does religiously, eases the pain in her back. (She credits the Yoga Union Center for Backcare and Scoliosis in Manhattan for encouraging her vigilance.)"
