What does "No New Beginners" mean? This means new to yoga practice. You may attend Intermediate Yoga & Scoliosis or Intermediate Backcare even if you are new to the Center, if you have solid experience practicing yoga and a regular practice. Please do not attend these classes if you have only attended a few yoga classes in the past.
